Hola OC REFORMA Members,
In the May 8th edition of the Los Angeles Times, a fascinating article was published discussing the city of Anaheim and its growing Latino population. Anaheim is now the second city in Orange County with a majority Latino population according to the Times, with Santa Ana being the first city to reach such a milestone. The current demographic changes happening in the O.C. are extraordinary, showing the need to continue to promote and increase library services to the Latino community.
